Naturally, you want to start your New Year resolution on Monday January 5th. That can be a great idea, or a devastating disaster. Let me explain.It really doesn't matter when you start your new routine for fat loss. You can be just as successful regardless of when you start, but what is important is timing when you start.
For example, if you are the kind of person that is super excited about getting started, then start right away. Don't wait. People that are chomping at the bit, tend to lose interest fast which can contribute to not finishing. Those that grow with excitement gradually can afford to wait until Monday.
These are classic type "A" and "B" personalities. Your personality type isn't going to affect the results you are going to get, but they can have a bearing on how you feel when you decide to get started.
Bottom line, if you want to go exercise today, then go exercise. Waiting until Monday could affect your willingness down the road. If you are happy waiting until Monday to train, then wait. You may be the kind of person who appreciates structure, and that is totally cool. All that matters is your goals. I want you to achieve them regardless of what kind of personality you are.
