Rest on Sundays?

I am always getting questioned by people whether or not they should rest, or how often they should rest from training. I am a firm believer in taking breaks. That is if you earn it. For those people who continuously go through the motions week in and week out, performing the same tired old routine, then no. No breaks for you. However if you are constantly varying your training, incorporating new ideas and really pushing your body to the max, then yes. You deserve a break. For those fanatics, one or two days a week should be enough to give your body the rest it needs. If you need help learning ways to change out of that old routine, then feel free to send me an email.
